Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 July 2026. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. About these terms

The EOS UK Directory (the “Service”) is operated by Workcraft Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (“Workcraft”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

The Service is an independent peer directory. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by EOS Worldwide, LLC or any EOS Implementer®.

1a. EOS Worldwide trademarks

EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, Traction®, EOS Worldwide®, EOS Implementer®, Professional EOS Implementer, Certified EOS Implementer, Expert EOS Implementer, and all related names, logos, tools and methodology terms (including Level 10 Meeting, V/TO, Rocks, Scorecard, Accountability Chart and People Analyzer) are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of EOS Worldwide, LLC. All rights in those marks are reserved by their owner.

Any reference on this Service to those marks is made solely for descriptive, nominative fair-use purposes — to identify UK companies that self-report as running on EOS. We do not use the EOS® logo or other EOS Worldwide artwork, we do not license or sub-license any EOS methodology, and we do not provide EOS coaching, implementation or training services.

Users must not upload the EOS® logo, EOS Worldwide artwork, or any other third-party trademark they do not have the right to use. You must not use the Service to imply endorsement, certification, partnership or affiliation with EOS Worldwide, LLC where none exists. Only companies working with a currently licensed Professional, Certified or Expert EOS Implementer may describe themselves as such, and self-implementing companies must be clearly identified as self-implementing.

If you are the trademark owner and believe any listing misuses your marks, please contact us using the details in section 11 and we will review and, where appropriate, remove the listing promptly.

2. Eligibility and honest use

By creating an account and submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and authorised to represent the company you are listing.
  • The company you list is genuinely running on EOS — either self-implementing in good faith or working with a Professional, Certified or Expert EOS Implementer as stated.
  • All information you provide (company name, description, industry, implementer name, contact details, website, LinkedIn, logo) is true, accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • You have the right to upload any logo or content you submit and its use does not infringe the rights of any third party.
  • You will keep your listing up to date and will remove it promptly if your company stops running on EOS.

We may suspend or remove any account or listing that we reasonably believe to be inaccurate, misleading, spam, or in breach of these terms, without notice.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Workcraft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

4. No verification, no endorsement

Listings are self-submitted. While we use automated moderation, we do not independently verify company details, EOS status, implementer relationships, or the accuracy of any information shown. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification or guarantee of any listed company, its services, or its people.

5. Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workcraft excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise), including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workcraft Limited, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including without limitation:

  • any dealings, communications, transactions or relationships with other users or listed companies;
  • any reliance placed on information in a listing;
  • loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, data, or anticipated savings;
  • any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss;
  • any interruption, error, defect, delay, or unavailability of the Service;
  • any inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content submitted by users.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to £100.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workcraft Limited from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected to any content you submit, your breach of these terms, or your misrepresentation of your company’s use of EOS.

8. Termination

You may delete your account and listing at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
